The 2026 NARR Best Practice Summit will be held at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, an oceanfront property offering a comfortable and engaging setting for learning, connection, and collaboration.

Hotel Accommodations & Group Rate

Room Rate: $239 per night + applicable taxes

Summit registration does not include hotel accommodations and does not guarantee a room.

Once you have completed your Summit registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the hotel booking link and instructions.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we strongly encourage you to register and book early.

What’s Included in Your Stay

Your discounted group rate includes the daily resort fee (currently $55/day) and provides access to a wide range of amenities:

  • Resort-wide wireless internet (guest rooms, meeting space, and public areas; suitable for light browsing and email)
  • Two complimentary beach chairs per day
  • Two welcome beverages per stay
  • One-hour rental of non-motorized water sports equipment per day for two guests (paddleboard, kayak, or boogie board; weather permitting)
  • One-hour rental of beach games per day (Giant Jenga, Connect 4, cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes; weather permitting)
  • One fitness class per day for two guests (reservations required; schedule available at the spa)
  • One-hour bicycle rental per day for two guests
  • 60 minutes of tennis or pickleball court time per day for two guests (includes equipment; reservation required)

No additional resort fee will be charged—it is already included in the NARR group rate.

Important ReminderCancelling your Summit registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. If your plans change, you must cancel or modify your hotel reservation directly with the hotel. Attendees are responsible for managing both their conference registration and hotel booking separately.
